Meet Stephanie Green.

A native of New Orleans, Louisiana, Stephanie Green is passionate about seeing women walk boldly in their God-given purpose. She is the founder of I AM H.E.R. (Healed, Empowered, and Restored) and Empower Her to Flourish, where her mission is to help women become H.E.A.L.E.D.—Healed, Empowered, walking in Authority, living Liberated, Encouraged, Delivered, and made complete in God.

Stephanie wears many hats—author, mentor, counselor, chef, entrepreneur, and Elder in the Lord’s Church. Alongside her mother, she co-owns Heaven’s Touch Catering and Event Planning. For more than 20 years, she has faithfully served in youth and women’s ministry, discovering early on her calling to evangelism and her gift for guiding women toward wholeness. By the age of 17, she was already leading in ministry and igniting a passion in others for God’s work.

The fuel and fire behind her women’s ministry is to be a voice for those who have lost theirs—an ambassador and front-line bridge to help women walk out their Christian journey with courage and confidence.

Her influence extends far beyond the church walls. Stephanie has mentored over 60 young ladies and continues to play a vital role in their lives. Her heart for community shines through her work with the homeless, where she meets both physical needs with food and clothing, and spiritual needs through prayer and Godly counsel.

Academically, Stephanie holds degrees in Business, Culinary Arts, Biblical Studies, and Counseling. As a published author, she has received recognition for her book After the Storms: Living in the Process, and is preparing to release her second book, She Did the Work, which addresses life’s traumas and the Biblical solutions that bring lasting healing.

Led by the Holy Spirit, Stephanie teaches and preaches the unadulterated Word of God, carrying prophetic wisdom and foresight that points many to Christ. Her motto, “If healing is to be, it starts with the inner me—what you conceal won’t heal,” embodies her message of restoration. Her favorite scripture, Jeremiah 30:17, reminds her of God’s promise: “But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds, declares the Lord.”
